100 SHOES, 100 ARTISTS, 100 VISIONS OF A BETTER WORLD
The Converse 1HUND(RED) initiative is a year-long global project celebrating our partnership and commemorating the brand's 100th anniversary. Converse commissioned 100 musicians, graphic and graffiti artists from all over the world to create one-of-a-kind sneaker designs inspired by the global fight against HIV/AIDS in Africa.
In addition to multiple and ongoing artist collaborations, Converse offers a way to customize your own (RED) sneakers with their MAKE MINE RED platform. This one-of-a-kind design experience lets you use custom colors and patterns to construct your own Chuck TaylorŪ All StarŪ sneakers (hi, low and slip) or skidgrips.
5-15% (depending on the product sold) of the net sales of Converse (PRODUCT) RED shoes will be contributed to the Global Fund, to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.
